Catherine guides the parents and teenagers at their own pace to learn new skills and tools to help them bring to the surface their own internal resources to parenting and to enhance their own life.

With the belief that each relationship within a family is unique from each parent to each child and teen, Catherine structures the coaching sessions based on respect and understanding and provides a customized approach, development and path.
