Canberra International Music Festival

Canberra is a buzz of music with the Canberra International Music Festival in full swing over 10 days.

The Canberra International Music Festival began on 7 May and will continue until 17 May and is filling Canberran ears with the most delightful music.

You can hear tunes in some of Canberra's most acclaimed buildings and institutions such as the National Galllery of Australia, the Australian War Memorial, the High Court and the National Portrait Gallery.

Enjoy music by The History of Sound for schoolchildren, Canberrans Howard Penny and Kristian Winther. The acclaimed Rajaton vocal ensemble from Finland and more.

Run by Chris Latham, Artistic Director of the event, the Canberra International Music Festival is an annual event enjoyed by Canberra, locals and international audiences alike.
